  • The prefeeder CS3007 is an excellent compromise between the automatic feeding, usage simplicity and budget.
  • This machine is particularly suitable where it is necessary a good accessibility of the stack by the operator in order to take out the waste and operate on the carton board sheets.
  • The machine can operate completely in automatic. Only the removal of the last sheet under the stack has to be done manually.
  • The prefeeder does not require peculiar format adjustments and it is particularly suitable for short runs.
  • The machine is assembled on driven wheels and carries over the carton board in the machine direction.
  • The prefeeder feeds the production machine with batches where the thickness is adjustable. A special device lets detach exactly a certain number of sheets avoiding errors with detached sheets by mistake that cause jams.
  • The belt deck can house two batches simultaneously until a max board length of 1200 mm. If higher dimensions are used then the machine operation changes to a single batch automatically. The belt deck houses also the frontal jogger of the hopper.
  • The belt deck is adjustable in height. The machine is available in two different height according to the kind of production line to be fed.
  • This bundle breaker is suitable to be fitted even on rotary or flat bed die cutters. It separates nicks in between die cutted blanks in one direction only.
  • The separator is composed by two grippers one fixed and the other moving, the separation point is automatically positioned in between the two grippers, the moving one pull whilst the fixed is holding the other side of the batch, the movement is performed trough pneumatic pistons. The transport of the batches is performed trough flat driven belts.
  • Because its compact size it is very convenient to be placed on the side of a rotary die cutter.
  • Typical flat bed die cutter application requires double sequential separation, the machines needs therefore to be placed in corner or one after the other with a turning table in the middle.
